Our very affordable prices

Hourly rate

€40per hour

The first hour is always billed in full. After that, billing is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Example: an appointment of 1 hour and 15 minutes costs €50.

Call-out fee

€0,40per kilometer

Costs are based on the shortest route via Google Maps, except in cases such as road closures, etc.

Sunday / urgent surcharge

€10per hour

On Sundays and for urgent appointments, an additional €10 per hour is charged. The hourly rate then totals €50.

How can you pay?

Digital payment request (via Rabobank)

This can be sent to your mobile phone. That way, you can pay directly through the secure iDeal environment of your own bank.

Cash (exact amount)

Please note that you must pay the exact amount. Voordelig ICT does not keep change on hand, nor does the technician carry any.

On account

The details for the bank transfer are on the invoice. Payment on account is only possible for businesses and regular customers.

Voordelig ICT has an administrative exemption from the Tax Authorities. This means we are not required to issue invoices to our customers. However, if you would like to receive an invoice, you can request one, and we will of course provide it.
